For alle som er interessert i å løpe VM i Strømstad kan være greit å passe hva som er tillatt eller ikke. Interessant for de som er innvolvert i Grenserittet, enten som funksjonær eller deltager må tilpasse aktivitetene de neste årene frem mot VM i 2016. Man kan altså ikke sykle rittet, men kjøre på de offentlige veiene som går gjennom terrenget.

Alle som ønsker en rolle i mesterskapet må holde seg unna visse deler av terrenget og passe på å ikke sette seg i en situasjon hvor det blir tvil.

However it is allowed to stay, live, shop and work as a resident, worker, student or tourist.
