The Summer O Package 2022 is getting ready and some of the trainings are already available. The training package consists of 10 orienteering trainings which include: 2x long distance, 2x middle distance, 2x interval, 2x relay and 2x sprint in some of our best terrains. The procedure is pretty easy: choose the training, download the PDF, print and run!
You can also upload your route to Livelox afterwards and compare your routes and times with other runners. Payment via VIPPS (60kr) #99224.
